We understand that a core role of Vaultsafe is to comprehensively protect your data and as such the highest levels of security are built in to all levels of our service.

Data Security

All data transferred to and from Vaultsafe is encrypted to levels used extensively by the banking and telecommunications industries. The encryption keys are based on specific user passwords and are additionally stored in an encrypted format. All records stored in Vaultsafe are maintained in an encrypted state whilst in Vaultsafe.  Furthermore, systems are deployed to prevent unauthorized access and brute force attacks.  Our servers also benefit from dedicated End Point Protection that is monitored 24/7.

Storage Infrastructure / Backup

Data is stored on our fully redundant servers located in a top tier data center with 2 further full backup copies taken daily – one stored locally and the other stored remotely.

Vaultsafe is a service of Depositit, who are Cyber Essentials accredited and as such all personal information is maintained in strictest confidence with access to information strictly restricted. For more information please see our Privacy Policy.

Physical Security

Our servers are sited in a top tier secure data center benefiting from full UPS power protection and back up generators with constant monitoring 24 hours a day. The data center is operationally equipped using water free fire suppressant systems, climate and moisture content control.
