GUIDELINES

If you have Administrative Privileges, the ‘Administrator’ guide below will assist you.

If you have been given access to specific Records, the ‘Sub User’ guide will assist you. 

Administrator

You can provide someone permission to access specific areas of your account so they can view one or more of your Records or perhaps you want to allow them to be able to store files for you to view (i.e accounts, plans, editorial copy). You can easily set this up and create Sub Users. 

There is no limit and you can create as many Sub Users as you wish and allocate specific permissions to each of them.

Whenever you wish to give someone access:

Step 1: Locate and select the ‘SUB USERS’ button in the dropdown menu above.

Step 2: In your Sub-User Panel, click the ‘Create User’ button and type their name, email address and also a unique username and password. Then type your own name and press the SEND button.

  • Your Peer will automatically receive an email with the login details you created for them.

Step 3: Now proceed to the Permissions page to configure the Records you wish to allow them access to either view only or edit.

  • You can edit permissions or remove Sub-Users at any time. 

See ‘SUB-USER’ guidelines below to understand how your Sub User’s will view or edit the Records you have given them permission to access.

Sub User

This Guide is to assist a Sub User who has been given permission to access one or more Records.

storage categories

The most convenient way to quickly find your passwords, usernames and other key login details when you need them. 

Every Plan provides a number of Storage Categories where you can save your personal, family, travel, financial and work related Records. 

You can save as many Records as you wish. There is no limit.

Email Reminders

Some of your Records will have a ‘Date’ field. This may be a renewal date for a membership, an insurance policy or travel / trip details and bookings. 

From this ‘Date’ field you can set up Reminder Emails to yourself and you can also add additional recipients to receive the Reminders too.

You can also schedule additional and repeat Reminders if helpful too.

Files & Data

Attach files to any of your Records. For example, if you have stored your Passport or Visa details in the ‘Travel’ Category, you may wish to attach digital images of your Passport and Visa too.

Whatever files you save, be it a copy of a certificate or passport or perhaps a PDF, scanned document or photos, these will vary in size. Our Plans offer storage to accommodate your needs.
